We have become well-accustomed to playing mixologist at home for the past two years, as we enthusiastically experiment with different drinks.
For us, it’s the season of drinks that are oh-so Instagram worthy, not only quenching your thirst, but a sight to behold and a feast for your eyes.
And did we mention that they are going to be colourful? Continue reading as we introduce our dopamine-bright drinks from Pazzion Café.

Pink Moon:

Our first drink is a creation for Breast Cancer Month:
The Pink Moon a drink from rose syrup, milk and lemonade syrup that is topped with sumac and edible flowers. The sumac provides the subtle tang of fruitiness along with lingering floral notes that balances out the sweetness of rose syrup and milk. Colour wise, with white and pink, it creates a perfect crisp and bold scheme. The white provides simplicity, allowing the boldness of pink to stand out. Symbolizing love, pink blends perfectly with white that adds wholeness and completion. If anything, Pink Moon is like spring in a cup, a season for love and strength.

Kombucha

Need we say more? Kombucha — the most popular health drink in recent years. A tangy fermented tea that comes with sweet notes of peach and early grey. With just the right balance of tanginess and sweetness, it is the perfect complement to any meal. Apart from its taste, Kombucha also purportedly contains many health benefits such as better gut health and antioxidants. Being such a healthy drink along with its light yellow-orange hue that makes it exudes warmth and excitement, no wonder it is so popular.

House Soda (Yuzu Pomegranate)

This is a fizzy, slightly tangy non-alcoholic option for a brunch menu. Apart from its sour fizziness, the Yuzu flavour is reminiscent of a classic Eureka lemon and a grapefruit with its own unique fragrance and flavour. This makes the drink a bit more floral and sourer, making for an utterly refreshing experience that is a complement to any brunch.
