We offer standard delivery, same day delivery and self-collection at our retail stores in Singapore.
Standard delivery: 2-3 working days
Same day delivery: Orders placed by 12pm are delivered the same working day; after 12pm, delivery is on the next working day.
Self-Collection: Ready for pickup in 1-3 working days at selected stores.
Please note that our warehouse operates Monday to Friday and is closed on weekends and public holidays in Singapore. .

We currently do not offer the option to select a specific delivery date or time. Orders will be processed and delivered according to our standard timelines. For urgent deliveries, consider using our same-day delivery option.
We deliver worldwide.
Our Singapore website delivers exclusively to addresses within Singapore. For international orders, please use the country selector and select your country. Before placing an order, we recommend checking with your local customs office regarding applicable duties, taxes, and any restrictions for items shipped from overseas.
Please note that duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. If an order is rejected due to unpaid duties or taxes, the cost of these fees will be deducted from your refund, as they must be paid to facilitate the return of the order.
If your order has not been dispatched, please email us at customercare@pazzion.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it. If the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to us by the courier.
We hope you love everything from your Pazzion purchase, but if something isnt' quite right, return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure all returned item(s) are in its original, brand-new condition with tags, packaging and invoice intact. Item(s) that show signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange. Online exchanges are subject to stock availability. Alternatively, you may visit any of our Singapore stores to process a return or exchange.

We currently do not offer free returns and return shipping labels. All shipping and handling charges are to be borne by the customers. We recommend you to opt for a tracking shipping method, as we are not responsible for the loss of returned parcel.
It will take around 7 - 14 working days after your reaches us. Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check inspection to ensure items are in good condition and complies with our refund eligibility.
The refund amount will be refunded back to your original mode of payment.
Yes, we provide repair services for specific issues, such as accessory repairs (e.g., buckles or embellishments). Repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we are unable to address wear-and-tear-related issues, such as leather damage or general aging of the shoe. You can bring your shoes to any PAZZION retail store for assessment. Our team will examine the condition and advise on the feasibility, applicable charges, and estimated repair duration.
