Our Pain Perdu with Pineapple and Cranberry Compote is all about texture and flavour.

The toast is golden-brown on the outside, pillowy on the inside, and topped with a tropical pineapple and cranberry compote that’s both tangy and sweet. The sharpness of the cranberry balances the caramelized pineapple for a delightful bite. To top it off, we add a rich, creamy layer of ricotta, giving it a velvety finish that melts in your mouth. Perfect for those with a sweet tooth craving something unique and utterly satisfying! 

Perfectly Elevated

Brunch wouldn’t be complete without the perfect beverage to accompany your meal. Creamy, rich, and just sweet enough—our Spanish Latte is the perfect accompaniment to any dish on your brunch list. Made with espresso and condensed milk, it strikes the right balance of bold coffee flavours and sweetness, making it an absolute crowd favourite. Rich, creamy Spanish Latte paired with our delicious Pain Perdu with Pineapple and Cranberry Compote—it’s the brunch combo you didn’t know you needed.

Next up, our Pasta all ‘Ortolana is a garden on a plate. Tossed in fragrant olive oil and just the right amount of chili flakes, the vegan pasta is coated in a deliciously light sauce that complements every bite. Zucchini rounds out the mix, adding a subtle, fresh bite.

The entire dish is finished with a sprinkle of vegan cheese for a creamy touch and served alongside a slice of freshly baked focaccia bread—perfect for soaking up every last bit of that savoury goodness.

The slightly sweet, slightly bitter and grassy flavours of the matcha shine through with every sip, making it a soothing yet energizing companion to your meal.
